We strive to get your Shadows & Sweats $quad apparel and other merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping protocols below:
Processing Time: All orders for physical merchandise, such as hoodies and two-piece sets, are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Aquarian Renegal LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
16. Returns and Exchanges
Apparel: Due to the custom nature of our "premium and tactical" streetwear, returns are generally accepted only for manufacturing defects. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Books: Physical book copies are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a replacement for damaged literature.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out via our contact form.
